The WIIT delivery model for IT outsourcing is based on the best market practices (ITIL). Re-engineered over time to better respond to the specific demands of Italian small and medium enterprises, today it may be summarised as follows:
Process Management :whatever the segment of activity entrusted to it, WIIT governs resource, asset, performance and fault processes, guaranteeing global coverage of the technical and organisational activities needed for efficient management.
Shared Structures :technical and organisation activities are managed remotely and centralised in shared WIIT competence centres, in order to implement appropriate economies of scale.
Delivery Management :every WIIT customer is assigned a dedicated or shared Delivery Manager, who liaises between the technical structures and the customer's management team in order to manage technical and organisational issues in the relevant areas.
