The WIIT offering is fully focused on the ongoing management of ERP infrastructures and applications. A modular and scalable offering, it offers customers plenty of flexibility and support in constructing the ICT sourcing model which best matches the strategic objectives of their business. It is important to point out that WIIT always adopts an advisory approach, since although outsourcing is an efficient business lever, it must be tailored and modelled to fit the individual company. In order to make full use of our significant experience in this domain, we have established an Outsourcing Advisory business unit which is tasked with supporting the management decisions of client companies. Specifically, it helps to precisely define the customer’s outsourcing objectives, accurately tracking the possible risks and benefits of each operation.
